Terms of use
These terms cover the use of electric-summit-lab.com, operated by Electric Summit Lab from Higashikanamachi, Katsushika. Booking a Discovery Call through come-in.html or otherwise browsing the site means you accept them; they are short on purpose.
Copyright
The essays on essays.html and the case framing on about-us.html belong to Electric Summit Lab unless a source is credited. Reading and sharing a link is fine; reusing our operational-consulting material in a competing offer requires written consent.
Prices and availability
The fixed-fee ranges mentioned around this site are offered in good faith and updated as they change. The figure actually confirmed after your Discovery Call is the one that applies — the site introduces the offer, it does not contract it.
Individual arrangements
The scope, timeline and fixed fee of any actual operational or organisational work are agreed individually, in writing, after your Discovery Call and before it begins. Nothing on this site by itself constitutes an offer that binds either side.
Limits of responsibility
Electric Summit Lab is responsible for what is published on this site to the extent the law requires, and no further. It is not liable for outside sites essays.html links to, or for decisions taken purely on general reading here rather than a scoped engagement.
Updates
Thomas may update these terms as Electric Summit Lab's fixed-fee offer changes; the version published here is the one in force. Material changes will be visible on this page.
Applicable law
Electric Summit Lab is registered at Higashikanamachi, Katsushika City, Tokyo, and these terms are governed by the law that applies there; disputes fall to the competent courts covering that address.
Contact
If any clause on this page is unclear, write to hello@electric-summit-lab.com and Thomas will explain it in plain words, the same way he would in a Discovery Call.
