Privacy policy
Electric Summit Lab keeps this policy as plain as one of Thomas Hutton's fixed-fee proposals. It covers the little data come-in.html and this site's discovery-call booking actually touch, why they touch it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
Booking a Discovery Call through come-in.html hands us only what you type yourself — your name, your email, and a line on the operational or organisational issue you want fixed. There is no account system and no hidden profile behind it.
How we use it
What you send is used to prepare for your Discovery Call and to scope a possible fixed-fee engagement, and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address to a third party.
Sharing
Nothing from a Discovery Call booking or fixed-fee engagement is sold, rented, or traded to a marketing partner. It is disclosed only if the law obliges Electric Summit Lab to, and to no one else.
Storage periods
A Discovery Call enquiry that does not lead to a fixed-fee engagement is deleted once the follow-up is clearly closed. Records for a completed engagement are kept for the statutory bookkeeping period and no longer.
Access and deletion
Ask any time what Electric Summit Lab holds on you from a Discovery Call booking, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion — write to hello@electric-summit-lab.com and Thomas will act on it once your identity is confirmed.
Security
Booking and engagement correspondence sits in an access-protected mailbox at the Higashikanamachi office, readable only by the small team scoped onto your fixed-fee project.
Who to ask
The data controller for come-in.html and the rest of this site is Electric Summit Lab. Anything unclear in this policy — write to hello@electric-summit-lab.com and Thomas or his team will answer.
